HCP stands for the following:
1. Abolition of all forms of execution (capital punishment) in Iran
2. Unconditional release of all political prisoners and prisoners of conscience
3. Annulment of all current execution orders (saving death row prisoners)
HCP is a Human Rights-focused campaigner.
